Return/Replacement Policy

You can return any product (also have exceptions in it) that you have purchased from us by doing these simple steps:

  1. Click on my Click on "my account"
  2. Select "my orders"
  3. Select "request return"

You can return a purchased product within 14 days. Returns will not applicable after 14 days of receiving the product. In case of a damaged/missing/ empty package/wrong product, the return request should be fulfilled within 7 days of delivery.You should enter the details of the return on the respective page. A reverse pick-up service is not available to us. So you will dispatch the product by courier to the given address. After the product is received, it is verified against your claim and accordingly replacement or refund is initiated. At the time of delivery, we take side-by-side photographs of the product. In the case of a return, we will check the photo taken earlier and accept the return if there are no mismatches. If found then we cannot accept returns. Once the product is returned, our customer care support will refund your money to the provided bank account. If the refund is not forthcoming, you can raise the ticket to resolve the faults caused by the product from the customer's side, the customer should go to the service centre to solve them.

Conditions in which return is applicable

Returns or replacements are accepted under the following cases:

  • Wrong product (wrong colour/ size/ style)
  • Defective product (manufacturing defect / non-functioning)
  • Damaged product (physical damage/ tempered packaging of product)
  • Wrong item ordered/delivered.
  • Wrong quality (missing products /parts)
  • No invoice or warranty received (available on electronics only)
  • Empty package

Conditions in which return or replacement will not be accepted
  • Products are altered or used
  • If the product is a return without the original packaging
  • If serial number tampers
  • For a defective product that is covered under the seller or manufacturer's warranty
  • reported after 14 days of the delivery.
Points to remember when returning the product
  • Cover the product ready with all tags and accessories
  • Kindly ensure proper packaging to avoid any damage during transit
  • The product should not be used or altered or tampered with
  • Keep the original price tag and packaging slip intact
  • Mention the order number on the box
  • Do not seal the box
  • Mention the order number/ delivery address on the package before couriering
  • Keep the courier companies a receipt for tracking purposes
Categories not eligible for return are as follows:

1. Mobiles or computers category:
a) Screen guards, mobile cover
b) Downloadable
c) All small home appliances (except Chimney, water purifier, fan and geyser)
2. Households
a) Dishwashing liquids
b) Hand washes
c) Pet supplies
3. Personal
a) Cosmetics, beauty products, makeup, skincare, hair care, and products
b) Soap and face wash
c) Baby care such as nursing covers diapers and nappies, soothers and teether feeding
related products, baby wipes
d) Eyewear
4. Automotive
a) Car perfume
b) Air fresher gels
5. Electrical
a) Battery
5. Musical instruments
a) Microphones and accessories
b) Guitars, violins, keyboards, etc
7. Wearable category
a) Socks, belts, shoes
8. Software and Gaming
9. Leather products
a) Backpacks and bags
10. Sports and health
Any product that is labelled as non-returnable on its product detail page cannot be returned.

To check the status of the Return request:

To check the status of your return by doing the following steps:
"My Account" ------->"My Returns"
Then click on a particular return ID to view return details.
Every request received keys assigned a ticket number, for which an acknowledgement male is sent to your registered email address. Please use your registered ID and phone number for any further communication. After receiving your return request, we will update you on the status.

To claim a return or replacement for products under the seller or manufacturer's warranty

You can claim for product warranty by calling or visiting the service centre. Each product shows whether it is returnable or not on the product page.

Reaching of the returned product

When the returned product reaches us you will receive an email along with the tracking details (if it is for replacement).

Time taken to replace an order

We initiate the replacement or refund within 7 days once we receive the product.
