Refund Policy

We deliver refund on your refund orders.
Refunds are generally initiated in the following scenarios:

  1. An incorrect amount was entered during the payment process.
  2. Duplicate payments were made for a single subscription period / order.

The refund will not be applicable for the following condition:

If the transaction has been genuine and itented to use our service, the amoiunt will not be refunded.

How to receive your refund:

The amount paid by you for the product will be refunded to you in your registered account.
In case of manual transfer, the amount will be transferred to your bank account, the details of which shall be given by you during the refund process.
In case of payments made through any of the valid payment gateways the amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.
In case of any clarification regarding the refund within the stipulated time, kindly contact your bank's customer care number to know the status of the transaction.

Time taken to initiate a refund

We initiate a refund within 5 working days of receiving the product. We keep you informed of the timelines.

Payment failure

When you are trying to buy a product using any of the prepaid options, a payment Failure is occurred due to the following reasons: Issues from the bank / When the server is busy / Any other technical issues
In these conditions, the debited money will be refunded to your account upon the mode of payment.

  • Net banking - Within 5 business days
  • Debit card - Within 14 business days
  • Credit card - Within 15 business days
